House rules:
- Electric Fireworks reserves the right to deny anyone access to the event at any time.
- Electric Fireworks reserves the right to change event policies at any time.
- Visiting the event is entirely at your own risk.
- Electric Fireworks is accessible to all ages.
- The event regards a light show that uses flashing & flickering lights. If you are sensitive to epilepsy, we do not recommend coming to Museumplein.
- Museumplein and the directly adjacent streets are part of the event area, where instructions from security and crew must be followed at all times.
- Visitors of Electric Fireworks must agree to on-site inspection, if requested.
- The wheelchair deck is reservation-only. You can send an email to info@electricfireworks.nl if you want to reserve a spot and you will then receive all the necessary information.
- The Dutch legal obligation of a valid ID must be met.
- It is not permitted to bring (domestic) animals to Electric Fireworks.
- Electric Fireworks has a zero-tolerance drug policy. Drugs are prohibited. This applies to both personal use and sales.
- The possession and/or use of nitrousoxide/nitrogen(mon)oxide is strictly prohibited during the event.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited. Be sensible and leave all objects at home that could be considered as weapons. Objects that could be used as weapons are confiscated.
- Pickpockets may be active. Keep a close eye on your belongings and report anything suspicious to security. The Electric Fireworks organization is not responsible for stolen items.
- It is prohibited to carry out commercial activities on and around the event location.
- Electric Fireworks is not liable for damage to or loss of property or injury and/or physical condition of visitors.
- Strict checks are carried out on and around the event location for any disturbances. People who misbehave in any way will be removed from the site immediately.
- Electric Fireworks is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from inaccuracies, problems caused by or inherent to the distribution of information via the internet, as well as technical malfunctions.
- Loud noise may be produced during the show of Electric Fireworks. For this reason, free hearing protection is offered at the first aid tent. Electric Fireworks is not liable for any hearing damage.
- Visitors can be searched before and during the event. You agree to this when entering the site. If you do not wish to cooperate, you are kindly requested to leave the Museumplein area.
- Electric Fireworks strives to be sustainable. Visitors are therefore asked to separate waste as much as possible.
- For safety reasons, glassware, and crates of beer in any form are not permitted on the event site.
- During Electric Fireworks, recordings are made for various publication purposes. When entering the event, you give the organization permission to use the images made for publication.
- In situations where these conditions do not provide, the organization holds the power to decide.
